Tannat-Tempranillo
Our blend is the result of the fermentation of the two varietals. It has an intense red color with ruby and violet hues. It is bright, transparent and limpid. Therefore, the two varietals are constantly blending, resulting in a wine with a spark of youth that changes over time. There are times when Tannat is more powerful than Tempranillo, and other times it is weaker. On the nose, it exhibits fruit notes of strawberries and quinces, along with nuances of vanilla, tobacco, chocolate, and a pleasant oak aroma.
On the palate, it has a remarkable structure. It is round and complex, with a fruit after taste.
Ideal to be paired with grilled meat, game meat, and sweet and sour dishes.
